Thank you for shopping with [Arabian Aura]. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the terms below.

2️⃣ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

✔ Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
✔ All original labels, tags, and packaging are intact
✔ Free gifts/promotional items are returned as well (if applicable)

Non-returnable items:
✘ Personal care items once opened
✘ Perishable goods
✘ Customized or personalized products
✘ Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

3️⃣ How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  3. Our team will review & send return instructions within 24–48 hours.

👉 For items eligible for return, shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or we made an error.

📦 You can use our prepaid return label or send via your chosen courier.

5️⃣ Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your item:

🔍 We inspect the product
⏳ Inspection takes up to 3–5 business days

✔ If approved → Refund/Exchange issued
✘ If not approved → Item returned to you

6️⃣ Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

💳 Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect
💰 Wallet/Credit refunds are instant

7️⃣ Exchange Option

If you want a different size/color:
